admin view of one user's sign-in history (active, revoked, expired), newest first (Item 19). Requires `sessions:read`. Unlike the self-service `/v1/sessions/history`, this reads an arbitrary user's history for support/investigation.

Server-to-server. Send a secret key as a Bearer token plus the x-application-id header.
